  • I used to really enjoy taking my Sawyer here for his grooming. I don't know if management or ownership has changed over the last 6 months. Something has changed. The last 2 times my dog was groomed have resulted in a rash around his private areas. I asked them NOT to clip him too short down there and this STILL happened. This last visit left him scratching and biting himself consistently. This, paired with the nasty infected rash, leads me to believe that their tools are not properly sanitized. I am VERY disappointed and will not be returning.
