Loftti Cafe has become one of my favorite cafes for unique dessert and inexpensive tea. If you've seen people post about raindrop cakes and cotton candy on top of an icy dessert, this is where you'll find them!
Raindrop Cake - 2/5 // When Loftti first opened, the first thing I wanted to try was the famous raindrop cake. The flavor is extremely light (practically flavorless to me, imo) so it is necessary to have something paired with it. At the time it was paired with a red bean sauce and soy flour, but it was still nothing extravagant to me. The experience was awesome for another photo of a unique dish, but it wouldn't be something that I would recommend for my friends to try.
Matcha Frozen Cotton Candy - 5/5 // I've seen a bunch of photos of this cotton candy mystery and I honestly didn't know what it was until I finally ordered it. The lady at the cashier described it as shaved ice with cotton candy on top, but honestly the texture of the dessert was more like shaved snow. I was actually expecting shaved ice, but I was pleasantly surprised that its texture was more like shaved snow for a light and fluffy body.
I've gone to a lot of coffee/tea places in Las Vegas and by far this is the place with the cheapest loose leaf hot tea. ($2 for a small!) There are plenty of seats if you need to work on something productive or just hang out with your friends.
They have a loyalty star system that collects your number to keep track of your purchases. After 10 stars, you can get a free drink or shaved ice!
