  • I purchased a new 2015 Hyundai Sonata and financed a small portion so I could get an additional discount. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Paid it off shortly after, and didn't receive my title so I called them. I was told the lien was released and I would have to go to the state and get my title. Told them I never heard of that and was told that is all they are required to do, remove the lien. Now I have the additional time and expense of getting my title, which I feel AutoNation should have sent me the title, as other dealers have done in the past. Very disappointed because the rest of the experience was very good. I have purchased 3 cars from AutoNation in the past 18 months.
