I have been here once and fortunately got to see Linda. Was sent a special for their cosmetic services and called the Esthetician who obviously was having a bad day, I had just gotten up and wasn't ready for an attitude from her, she asked if I had been there before and I said yes and was told this is only for new clients even though the email said for existing clients also. I then said well why was I sent the email? She condescendingly said well I can look up your email and find out what you have had done?? At that point I hung up on her and was glad she couldn't get me in. And since Woodson has employees like this I won't be back and now I understand why there are so many bad reviews on here. Oh and by the way if BOB responds to this, thank you for calling me back , but I have only been there once for cosmetic services , the other times were for health reasons. And the first time I contacted you my dog was getting into the garbage and I didn't know my phone was on which is why You heard me yelling, which is why I called a second time and left a message. What your employee should have done instead of of her smartass remark to me is said " we have other specials going on if you would like to try them" Had she had a different attitude you would have had me as a repeat customer. But now, I will never go back. There is always another business right around the corner that does care about customer service and that is what this review is about. CUSTOMER SERVICE
