Horrible stay! Even worse management team! I'm even a Gold ... almost Diamond... member in their rewards program. I asked for a late checkout at 2pm since I had a late night. They were nice enough to do that. Well, at 10am I woke up to loud banging next to my room. I called and asked if the noise would go away anytime soon. They said they'd look into it and never got back to me. Finally when I went back to sleep I woke up to go shower. No water. Couldn't brush my teeth or even shower. Called to tell them, they apologized and said it would be back on in in 30-45 min and offered to give me a different room to shower in. I told them if it would be on in that amount of time, I didn't want to have to move all my bags and toiletries to another room and I'd just wait it out. The water didn't come on for another 90 minutes. I called and told them I'd like a refund for the stay since it was horrible. They said no problem and I'd get the points and cash back that I booked with through HHonors. When I called to check out and asked for the receipt to be emailed, they said they'd no longer give a full refund and would only give 5000 points back! I came to the hotel for two reasons: sleep and shower, and I couldn't do either without issues. I refused the points and called Hilton Honors. They ended up agreeing with me and refunded the entire stay. IT GETS BETTER: the hotel had called Hilton Honors to tell their version of the story before I could even call, and made false statements. I stay with Hiltons usually 30-60 times a year. This is NOT the service I expect from a Hilton property. Hospitality is their business, and they weren't at all hospitable.
