What an extensive menu! And it is all sounds so good that we were hard-pressed to make a choice. Go to the restaurant's website and read the menu ahead of your visit. Included among the entrees were several Irish dishes. I chose the Hackett's Shepherds Pie which was advertised as being over Irish stew with vegetables, cheese and puffed pastry on top. My wife hesitated between that and the Galway Fish & Chips or Blackened Tilapia but did choose the Shepherd's Pie. When it arrived in quick time, I was happy to see it featured a generous portion of hearty chunks of beef and completely enjoyed it. She wished she had gone for the fish because her idea of Shepherd's Pie is very English: minced beef, vegetables and nicely browned mashed potatoes on top. That was okay because I got to have her beef as well! The restaurant is huge with very high, black ceilings and many flat-screen TVs overhead; great place to head this fall for football games. We had a pleasant, helpful server.
