| - I love this mall. As a matter of fact, it is one of my favourite malls. If they added a Lululemon in here, it would definitely be my favourite mall.
The mall itself is gorgeous and has a very nice, comfortable ambiance to it when there aren't screaming children running around the place. The shops are extremely upscale shops including Pink Tartan and Brooks Brothers. There are stores more for the "younger" budget including Roots, Honey, Davids, Andrews, etc. They also have a Papyrus there, which makes me happy. For the baby fashionistas, there is Jacadi and Mari Pier Bimbi (which I believe sells super high fashion clothes for babies and seems to be empty ALL the time).
Food wise, there is Oliver & Bonacini, Pearl, Edo, and a burger place. There is also an Origins outside of the mall. There are also multiple coffee shops around including Lettieri, Starbucks (inside Chapters), and Pusateris (sit-out area in front of the supermarket).
Their washrooms are also very pretty. I was actually quite surprised the one time I went in to use their washroom. It also makes me smile that someone on here took a picture of the washroom - totally made my day :).
A big bonus of this mall is that they are pet friendly! Most people bring their dogs but I'm sure that if you brought your cat in a leash or a carrier, they wouldn't mind as well...but hopefully your cat would be comfortable with all the pooches around here! Their concierge/information desk has a jar of cookies for those pampered pooches. I did witness a dog having a dump on the floors of Bayview Village, (in which my dog was absolutely appalled for such unthinkable behaviour :P); but the owner was very responsible and picked it right up and cleaned the area. Definitely bring some poop bags there just in case!! For any prospective franchise/shop owners here, wouldn't it be cool to make an upscale dog boutique there that sells high end couture for pups? I think so...!!
