I fly to Cleveland and back for work often. Unlike the other folks reviewing United, I think overall, the United staff at this Airport are friendly, professional, and they strive to do a good job. From the folks at the United ticket counter when I arrive and check my bag to the folks at the Gates and in the United Club.
Is United perfect? No. I've encountered a number of delays trying to fly home from here. But trying to blame United Airlines for weather delays disrupting the system is ridiculous.
I'd like to see United install HD TVs at each gate to display detailed information about that gate/flight (my home Airport Dulles has this at all gates). I'd also liked United to require better quality from the partners that fly for them via United Express. Specifically, making sure the Air conditioning works properly. If it doesn't - the plane should not fly!
