  • Oh boy this place is a joke. You're better off hand washing every last item you own, as it will be less frustrating than using this place. My husband almost broke something today he was so angry with this place. Most machines were out of order. When he tried to use a seemingly functioning one, it took his money but then failed. The lady working can't speak a lick of English and was of zero help to him when the machine took his money. He tried another machine even though I told him to forget it and come home. He finally got it to work. Luckily we were only trying to wash 2 sleeping bags, so we chose not to use their dryers and opted to hang dry instead. How does a place like this stay in business? We're calling them tomorrow, but feel it might be a waste of time. Just like the hour spent there today. Totally wasted. Can't get that time back. Will NOT be using this place ever again. Do yourself a favor, find some place else.
