We just moved from San Francesco and brought car in for service. The service rep was unbelievably rude, didn't engage, and cut me off when I was explaining that MB had a recall on my steering column. He said he would call me by 2pm to let me know car was finished. Never heard from Joey until 10am next day. Said car was done, when I can return loaner car. "I have mtgs today and can be in by 4pm." He said, "Uh I guess that's ok....".
I called on way to dealer to let know I would be early and to have car ready. I pulled up, Joey gave me the run down on my service and then handed me a key for the wrong car?! What? Now that he was embarrassed, he then asked me, "How is your day going?" Me: "Would be better if I had my car?" Needless to say, I will NOT be taking car back. I pride myself on customer service for my clients, it's unfortunate Joey at MB of Scottsdale doesn't feel the same.
