  • This review is based on a party booked for our sons 2nd birthday. We decided to have our sons second birthday here, since I have had so many friends brag about this place and was super excited to see that they had a tot area with lots of activities vs other parks just have a couple things for littles. Every person needs to have a waiver filled out, highly recommend filling out online ahead of time as there are only a few tablets and it can get busy really quick. We have spoke with Liz several times, going over details and confirming our party. She was very detailed but seemed to left out the part that your party technically does not start until 90 minutes after your play time, and you have 30 minutes only to eat, do cake/ice cream and gifts. I do not see how that is realistic? I felt frantic the whole time trying to get this done in 30 minutes, and making sure my guests were comfortable. You check in 15 minutes prior to your party but not for anything special as you are not even allowed to see the room until its your 30 minute mark. I was aware of the outside food fee and was okay with this as their extended menu did not have toddler friendly foods. I had some stuff that needed to be refrigerated and once we were allowed in our room for 30 minutes my husband and I both had ask several times for these items. I also purchased ice cream, which we never made it to our room and was so rushed I personally forgot until we were packing up to leave. So don't waste your time bringing in anything as far as décor or extra food. I spent more time in that 30 minutes trying to set out snacks and all while missing out on my sons excitement. The other disappointing part was during the 90 minutes of playing time you have no access to the drinks we purchased and brought for our guests, unless you buy your own from the little store. My husband and I purchased additional waters/Gatorade so the little kids and grandparents at least could stay hydrated. By the time we had access to our room no one even touched the drinks we bought with our party package since they were forced to purchase their own prior. Honestly, if I knew this from the beginning I would not have booked this party. As management/corporate you should really consider changing this up a bit. There were a few employees that were made aware of our confusion and frustration but not one of them were willing to assist us in maybe speaking with a manager or helping us feel better.
