  • And this is exactly why I support small business. Other than the cool Cadillac parked out in the parking lot with the business name on it I really didn't have any idea about this company. I was at my eyewear company a huge conglomerate with a pair of broken Oakley glasses. I was leaving on an ice fishing trip that evening when I decided to step on my glasses. The large company where I originally purchased told me there's nothing they can do about it the pin is a permanent pin and the frames need to be replaced they offered no help whatsoever. I was walking out the door when a gal who overheard our conversation recommended I try J. Crimi . I drove up there met the owner proprietor J One of the cooler cats I've met in a long time. He took a look at my glasses pulled out some tools fixed them in five minutes and charged me nothing. I asked several times to pay him and he replied no charge needless to say I was overwhelmed at his kindness and craftsmanship. To add this is one of the coolest looking boutique shops I have ever been in. By one chance visit J. Crimi has gained a customer for life. And believe me I am telling this story over and over again. Thank you for your kindness.
