I'm usually not surprised at the lack of Customer Service at ANY MAC counter. Every time I visit I am either wowed or disappointed. In this case it was the worst I've ever been treated. My mother and I walked in to the store and there were 3 associates and 2 customers. I knew what I wanted and went straight to the area where the products was displayed. My mom wondered around picking up a couple of items that she was interested in. One of the associates was with one customer and the other 2 associates were with the other customer. I was well aware of the time and the fact that the store was practically empty that my mother nor I had been greeted by any of the associates even though we had made the rounds of the store a couple of times. When the two associates that had finished their long, personal conversation with the customer and she walked out, one associate got on the phone and the other walked out of the store, neither giving even a nod to me or my mom. By this time I was annoyed and my mom had picked up several products and was ready to purchase. We went to the counter and the associate that was on the phone held up a finger and continued his personal conversation about the customer that just left. She must have been a previous employee and the associate was not speaking kindly about her on the phone. I wasn't at MAC to get an earful of gossip, I just wanted to purchase my items. I made my mom leave her stuff and we walked out.
