Techcool has the WORST customer service! We called them because the indoor furnace portion of our air conditioning unit was literally spraying water all over the carpet and the staircase basically flooding the house. It took them two days to come out at which point a technician named Zach decided that a drain pipe was plugged. He flushed it and called the job done. The unit worked for about three weeks at which point the same thing started all over again. Our house was flooding again. We called Techcool again and it took them another two days to come out. Zach returned. He again cleared the pipe and claimed this was all he was allowed to do per the contract with our Home Warranty company. We double-checked that with the Warranty company and discovered that he blatantly lied about it. He obviously didn't feel like looking into the problem and just wanted to move on. We then called the office and spoke to a female employee who was rude, unprofessional and about as indifferent as a rock! She has no customer service skills whatsoever. Bottom line was our house now has secondary damage and mold and the air conditioner is not working at all now. Of course anytime we asked to speak with the manager or owner of the company we were told he is unavailable. Never again!!
