  • I come from being spoiled with Starbucks in NYC. This is by far the best starbucks I've ever been too. I'll do my best to remember names but I believe its Taylor who is exceptional and you're lucky I don't steal her for my hotel :). The new guy nick is fantastic and knows what I drink. Merlina?? I think that is her name is so sweet and always has a smile. All of them always know that I'll be looking for the Christmas blend and are deeply apologetic when they dont have it. Overall, I've never encountered one employee that doesn't go above and beyond to make my experience just to get a cup of coffee a pleasant time. You should praise these people for a job well done. P.S. I will follow up with them to ensure they have been recognized. Its the only way you will keep employees of this caliber.
