| - It is not in my DNA to write plumbing reviews via Yelp on house calls when called upon to do so. However, when I do write a review, the review's gotta be something that is unique with a point of difference and needs to be immediately shared with others.
911 Plumbing was contacted on a Sunday AM where I laid out my issues of a leaking water copper pipe that consisted of a steady stream of water that needed immediate attention. By 9:28 PM that same day, I get an email that 911 Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing would be out to fix the problem the first thing come monday AM. Talked to Scott whose is part of upper management team of 911 Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing, and I was pleasantly surprised to notice the degree of personal and professional touch he contained himself like a 5 star company that they are! Scott listens to your concerns and takes a genuine and professional interest in all endeavors of his unselfish discipline to help all his customers at 911 Heating, Cooling & Pluming. Give him a plumbing problem, or any other water related issue, and he will lay it out and walk you thru the solution of the problem in a calm like and professional manner that makes you and your immediate plumbing crises a stress free experience. Scott hand picks the best possible team to do the job best suited to his customer's needs. In this case, I had the pleasure to meet with Howard who showed up to work out the water leakage problem with the customer and getting it fixed. Howard is a very knowledgable and versatile person relating to the skills of plumbing for over thirty years! And BTW, for what it's worth, you need someone who keeps up with the technical skills so that the customer does not have to request another call again for something that should have been done right the first time. To watch Howard work in the field is a sheer joy to experience. I was present side by side next to him watching 100% of the time as Howard went about doing what he does best: 100% professional, as well as his contribution towards productivity vs man hours. Howard is fast and accurate, get's it right the first time. Howard is not wet behind the ears, either, not by a long shot. I learned a lot just talking to him and watching him work his skill towards customer satisfaction all the way. I'm now a happy camper.
So cudos to all at 911Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for helping me with this stressful day of plumbing issues and for being in such great spirits and high level of enthusiasm and confidence exhibited by all.
(PS Not only is Scott quite Knowledgeable, he beats the competition prices "HANDS DOWN" and the competition knows it!!!
