  • This is not a brewery. At least that's not how the place presents itself. Its more of a bar/pubfood locale that happens to make some of its own beer. Think much more Vintage/Great Dane than Karben4/Ale Asylum. Most of the beers for sale were from outside brewers. The beers they make here, both the pale ale and porter, were decent-- on par with the Vintage. Both the cheese curds and the salad were pretty uninspired, as was the service. Overall, a fairly meh experience.
