  • I've been living here for over a year and I don't regret it. These apartments are very nice compared to my last apartments and extremely close to my job. They have everything here! They just built a little dog park a few months ago, they have a really nice gym (which I don't really use, but plan to one day), a theater room in the clubhouse, the pool is very kid friendly. The apartment is fully equipped with a pantry in the kitchen, a linen closet in the bathroom, walk-in closet in the bedroom, and even a coat closet... and that's just a one bedroom! Trust me, it's a luxury.. my last apartment only had 1 of those 4 things mentioned. The bathroom is just huge! It's my favorite thing about this place! Or, is it the laundry room with full size washer and dryer?! Gosh, I can't decide! Everytime I have had an issue, they have responded quickly. A ground squirrel attacked my dog, and they found a way to keep it out of my patio. One of my smoke detectors started beeping, so I took the old battery into the office and traded them for a new one. I only have 3 things I wish they could work on better. 1.They don't always open the office on time. 2. I get spiders, deadly ones. Desert Recluse to be exact. And I worry about the safety of my dog. 3. I live far from the dog grass area and wish they would make a little grass area by my building. The summer is coming and I will have to drive my dog over to the grass because it's a long walk on the asphalt. I know that no place is perfect, but this place has so far been perfect for me.
