I would give this dealership no stars if possible. WORST experience EVER at a dealership. Actually I'm sure I asked for this because I clearly should have read the reviews first!!!
I was hassled and pratically harassed by their financial team and had to fight with manager after manager to solve problems that shouldn't have been a problem to begin with. They are so unorganized and have no customer service morals until you reach the GM. Everything went downhill after the great feedback they got on their stupid survey they hassle you to fill out. I suggest any dealership over this one. I will NEVER return here, will gladly take my jeep to another dealership for service.
FYI if you have financial issues, call the bank directly and the bank will go directly through you, instead of the 3rd party hassle of dealing with the financial team at the dealership. You DO NOT have to call or deal them after you pick up your registration papers.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT A DEALERSHIP WHO HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE MORALS.
