  • I loath Verizon so much. They really screwed me as a consumer. It seems we sign our rights away on that 2yr contract on a "great" deal. Long story short, I was sold a bad device. I spent countless hrs going back and forth to Verizon to get it fixed. My screen malfunctioned, and they were going to charge me extra for insurance I am already paying?! The salesman and managers were no help at all. They had bad cocky attitudes and it seemed like they got a thrill over me being upset. I cannot wait until my contract is over with this company. I have been a customer of theirs for 8 years. So long!
