  • Terrible customer service at this store. If Best Buy is wondering why they are failing a trip in here will provide the picture. Employees all chatting and no one is ever working. Online staed they had iPhone 5 in stock. I called and they confirmed. I drove over and they said "oh we haven't had them in days". This is why people shop online. No aggravation.
