  • Ariel is a genius. I tried everything to get my remote control and buttons on the side of the TV to change TV stations, but to no avail. I pulled the plug to reset, ran the setup several times, changed batteries, bought a new remote control, cleaned the sensors, read every page of the manual, and nothing.... Ariel walked in and in 5 minutes solved the problem. I couldn't believe it. If you have TV problems (and I understand he does mobiles too), this is the place to call. He gets my highest recommendation. He is also very polite too.
