  • Stay away. After early service that was barely acceptable, things began to slide - quickly. First, the cleaner offered a helpful list of "suggestions" about how we could make his work more effective. This included more regular appointments. We agreed. We bought more supplies. We spent more money. It still wasn't enough. Our place - which admittedly has clutter - was not cleaned satisfactorily. Emails were returned two or three days later. No one ever answered the phone, which had a suspiciously generic voice message on it. When I requested a new cleaner, one of the owners got back to me - eventually - to say that our service was being cancelled. Presented with a series of utterly preposterous allegations about the status of our home - allegations I had never heard before this - we found ourselves fired by this crew of people who couldn't get a simple job done. The whole experience was unprofessional and disappointing. It feels like we're the ones who've been taken to the cleaners on this one.
