| - I went to look at a car there last Friday. The salesman started another deal with someone else while I was waiting, so I left. He called later and played nice, and I really wanted the car, so I decided I'd give him another chance. I submitted a credit app online, emailed him some more info, then called several times to follow up. Each time I was told he was with a customer, I left messages, and he never returned my calls. Monday I called and asked to speak with someone in finance, who told me I needed to speak with the same salesman. I requested to not speak to him, as he was a jerk from the start. The guy in finance called back a couple hours later and said the car had been sold on Saturday. Basically, the salesman, John Arnold, was a BSer from the moment we started the deal, ran my credit and said he'd follow up, let me chase him all day, then didn't even have the courtesy to let me know the car wasn't even available anymore. Real nice, John Arnold.
