  • I was so excited to come to this location in hopes of finishing more charms for my bracelet. First off, the employees were rude and not very helpful. The person helping me made it seem as though I was making her life difficult by asking how much a charm is, mind you I was the only person in the store. The rest of the staff stood in a circle gossiping instead of cleaning up and organizing the dirty and messy store. Nothing was on sale so I don't really see the "outlet" aspect. Never again!
