  • I've lived here for over 6 months and would recommend it. The location is convenient, there is a bus station and freeway access around the corner. Gas station and shopping all near by. I had some issues with my apartment at first but everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. Every maintenance request I've had so far was resolved the same or next day. The gates are closed 24/7, the grounds are kept clean and it's usually pretty quiet. The staff are really nice as well. During the summer the bugs come out and will get in if you are not pro-active. I bombed every room in the apartment and put boric acid around my door and patio and have had no problems. I would suggest all new tenants do that. They also have free pest control once a week if you request it.
