  • GHETTO!!! Starting with the neighbors....Couple with like 10 kids hella loud and banging on the walls night and day. Found a bloody pair of pants and a butter knife on the stairs outside around 11am and still were there around 7 pm. A women apparently walked in on her boyfriend with another chick, crazy argument ensued til the cops arrived. What else.....about 3 months ago a tree fell due to the rainy and windy weather. Fell on the covered parking area, no car damage but still hasn't been fixed. Oh and no parking included. Extra 15 bucks for a spot! Needless to say I can't wait til our lease is up. Moving back to Sierra Foothills just a few blocks away. Don't mind paying a lil more for quick repairs and friendly office staff and neighbors.
