  • My favorite mall in Vegas, but.... On 2016-07-18 at around noon, the front entrance of the Forum Shops at Caesars was overwhelmed with gang-bangers harassing passersby, forcing people to take CD-ROMs that they're distributing, mocking the customers, intimidating people etc. This has been occurring more frequently over the last few weeks. Potential customers are being scared off and/or driven away by these thugs. You might want to consider posting at least one security guard out there.
