I've been going to Desert Toyota since mid 2011 even after I moved across town but this is when Kyle Mayo was still there. He was the only honest, straight to the point customer service rep I would deal with. After he left I tried a couple different reps and they were all horrible. They have no customer service skills, they're untrustworthy, and pushy. Finally I tried Centennial Toyota and I like it a lot better. I recently went back to Desert because Centennial was booked the only day I had off and I needed to get some things done on my Scion. I had another pushy rep and once again it just reminded me why I don't go there and will not be going back. I figured I'd give it one more shot but they failed, again. Not to mention the cashier was very uninterested in servicing me. Horrible customer service. Also, it's not a very good business technique to tell your customers not to go to Centennial.
