I've lived in Las Vegas since the late '70's and trust few auto-body & automotive repair shops. I was in a bind recently and after a recommendation from a trusted source, I visited 'Quality' and spoke with Nick about the problems with my car. I use it for a living and can't be without it for more than a day or so. Nick showed me his shop and I was impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness of the mechanics work-area's and decided to give it a shot. Nick assigned Sammy to do the automotive work and when he was done it went over to the body-shop side and they replaced my damaged grill and re-aligned the bumper. All work was performed in 48 hours start-to-finish for exactly the price quoted up-front. When I came to pick up the car, Sammy got in with me and had me test-drive it with him, to make sure it met my 'expectations'. I've never had a mechanic do that in 40 years in Vegas. I was impressed that he was that confident in his work...and he had every right to be. It ran great!
It's been 3 weeks and my Lincoln still runs smoothly and looks much, much better now. I'll be headed back next month to have them rebuild my front suspension and do a front end alignment...I'm that confident I'll be treated right and the work will be done correctly. Nobody's perfect...but these guys sure look to me, like they're trying hard to be...and I'm a building inspector who's not easily impressed...or fooled. Like Arnold said '...I'll be back....' ;)
