  • I've been diagnosed by 2 other companies as needing to have my system "balanced." Stephanie at their place tells me "sure we can do that ...no problem." So I tell her to get me the first appointment even if i have to wait 2 weeks (instead of we'll see you 12-4:00 pm.) Last night I get a call to confirm they'll be at my house at 9:00am. (OK, if this is "first thing".) Of course I see a missed call at 7:00 am. When I call Miranda tells me..."Oh yeah, you didn't answer so he went on to his next appointment. But you'll be next whenever he's done...and what do you mean by "air balancing? ...we have to charge you JUST to come out to diagnose...(Keep in mind I ALREADY TOLD them the diagnosis..I need the cure!) Problem is it's July in Vegas. Maybe I should get into the HVAC business...I can go out an tell people.."Your system not working...that'll be $59!" Wow...nothing like Professionals!
