  • Somewhere between 2-3 years ago I visited this facility. I was not impressed at all. The staff member/hostess was, in my opinion, rude and I was interfering with her sitting behind a counter desk doing nothing that I could see other then checking her cell phone. I was the only visible customer and I heard no one shooting in the range at the time. The hostess couldn't be bothered to even look up at me to answer my questions. I left telling myself I would never return. So, I returned this past November, 2017, and was warmly greeted by a different staff member/hostess. This individual made me feel welcome and worked with me to create a shot package that I was interested in shooting. Maybe it was her pink hair. She hustled to greet and provide service to all in coming customers as well as myself. My only complaint, this time, is that this time instead of an attractive female range master, as advertised, I once again had a male range master - just like the army. If I get the female range master this coming January that pink promised me my Yelp review will jump to a 5 star for outstanding service.
