  • Got on VIA/Amtrak at Oakville. Ticketing agent was more interested in talking on her phone. Waved me through with my receipt saying 'it's fine ' It WASNT fine. At border they needed a bar code. So I struggled to get the receipt up on my phone. It WOULD have been on my ticket if that lazy woman had PRINTED ME ONE instead of waving me through. VIA whoever your morning agent in Oakville ON is needs to be fired.
