  • The worst yoga experience I have ever had. New to area and looking for a studio. Seemed promising over the phone. Am a novice so signed up for the Saturday morning all levels with Sebastian. Receptionist was lovely and welcoming and that ends the pleasant part of this review. Sebastian appeared to have just gotten up, chatted with those he knew and ignored me, no introduction, nothing. Then he put on music that was so loud it was distracting and I couldn't hear him. He did very few of the poses so it wasn't like you could watch the instructor and try to figure things out. He walked around and said nothing. No encouragement, no corrections, nothing. I almost left in the middle it was so bad. Needless to say, I will not be back. If you are looking for a studio that is more focused on the moves in a quiet supportive, encouraging and reflective atmosphere, this is NOT the place for you.
