Overall , this is a fun dessert place to try out especially since there aren't that many places in Vegas that serve nitrogen ice cream or dragon's breath (if you're familiar with Chocolate Chair in LA Koreatown) or at least that I know of. I've tried the Cafe Sua Da (Vietnamese coffee ice cream with grass jelly and condensed milk) and Matcha n Cream (matcha ice cream with oreos and green tea cake pieces). I was really surprised how spot on the flavors were. I enjoy the textures of gelato and soft serve a bit more than ice cream but if you like ice cream in general then you'd really like this place a lot. They also offer milk substitutes which is a plus. The workers here are super friendly especially the owner Trish :)
