  • They are seriously so full of crap. I went in there completely knowing I wouldn't get a nice car due to my credit. They said I was "approved" for a new hyundai accent. When I got to the lot the sales rep Don brings a hatchback and I say that's not what I asked for with my specs inquiry before I came here. So I made it clear to him that I'm not interested in purchasing a hatchback at all. He then tells me to wait and leave me at the table for like 20 mins or so brings me a manual 2014 elantra. Tells me to test drive it I make it apparent that I don't believe there's anyway that I'm going to qualify for this car. So After the test drive Don could clearly see that I was ready to leave so he tells me to wait he has something great. So he brings another elantra this time it's automatic. Goes and talk to the loan people blah blah says he can get me qualified with their special and blah blah. I said you know what I'm going to leave I want to bring my dad here to oversee the deal. So he grabs his manager Max, Max starts delivering his overused spiel and tells me that he can give me this car right now for $1000 down no payment for 55 days 2nd and 3rd payment hyundai will pay 350 of. So I'm looking at the number 478 a mth ehh kinda high but I'm thinking man that sounds too damn good to be true. They waste more of my time take me to their loan specialist who goes through the loan terms with me blah blah blah. So I ask him is this final? Or are you going to call me and ask for the car back he says well it depends on the bank but who really is going to give you a car and then ask for it back?.... Well??! You guessed it hyundai!! I just got the car last night and was so excited about it and was just called at 8pm today to come back to change some of the terms. Ummm right so you guys can get more money out of me when I was already agreeing to paying too much damn money for that car to begin with. Omar the loan specialist tried to use well you need a car against me. Take your car and high interest rate back, give me my money back and I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. Deceptive company. I don't care how much I love a car I refuse to pay ridiculous crap for a car. All Henderson hyundai does is talk a good game they damn sure can't fulfill any of those promises.
