  • After purchasing a DealFind coupon for a detail my wife called to make an appointment. Basically the person on the phone can't guarantee the work will be done because he "don't know who will be working that day". I quickly told her to refund the coupon as I have no confident in giving my keys to a shop that has no confident in its own staff or their time management.
