rev:text	BUYERS BE AWARE! This is the typical bait and switch car dealership. I found a Jeep online, called up spoke with Mike and Ziggy to negotiate the car price and shipping to CA. They ran my credit got an approval from Wells Fargo, offered to ship it to me for free, later he said that, I had to pay for shipping. Ziggy calls me back to say that he took care of shipping (nice). After our last interaction on Monday, a full day goes by and nothing happens they went ghost on me. I called back, sent text messages asking for updates multiple times, dead silence. Every time i reached out, Mike (sales person) said, i will get back to you by XYZ time but he never did. consider all started on a Monday, today is Friday and guess what? I just got off the phone with Mike (because I called) and they are selling the car to someone else. To make matters worse, he offered me another car that has just come in...WOW!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS? Finally, lets top it off the review: I heard person yelling in the back ground of our phone call "someone is taking that Jeep MIKE"... LOL WHAT A JOKE THESE GUYS ARE. The moral of the story is that, IF YOU NEED TO BUY A CAR, do not deal with these scumbags. They do not deserve to be in customer service or selling anything to the public. Take a deep dive into all the Yelp reviews for "Sullivan Motor Company -TWO STARS?", They are all in line with what is being described in this review. I wish them luck and hope no one falls into their trap of bait and switch, LACK BUSINESS ETHICS & PROFESSIONALISM. LET'S NOT FORGET THE POOR CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION SKILLS... Watch out for Ziggy (possible sales manager) and Mike (passive aggressive car salesman).
