  • Everytime i come here i feel inadequate about the experience. Lack of knowledge about animals and 20 minutes later, i still couldn't get the minnows i wanted. Watching the 2 reps help their 1 customer each, rep A couldnt catch the little fish. a few minutes of struggle and rep B hanging with a guy just confused about what to do about how to help the guy, missed my appointment thinking a quick trip for a turtle snack would be a quick trip.
