This review is for the The pharmacy employee Stephanie and the manager Nina. I went here after two other pharmacies to get a prescription filled and I walked up told Stephanie that I wanted to fill a prescription she took the paper walked over to the computer and the went over to the manager Nina and they did some whisper and the manager looked at me and gave her a nod and she walk back there for 2 seconds and came back handed my paper and said we aren't in stock. I walked off then thought about it and said wait a min where is your manager. Nina came and she said come to this other window, she said what is it. I ask her I came to fill a prescription and even if you guys didn't have it in stock right now Stephanie didn't even ask me if I wanted to drop it off and have to wait and give me a wait time she didn't even asked to see my ID it seemed that she had attitude. Nina proceeded to say didn't she tell you we didn't have it in stock I said yes I understand that but that's not what the issue is . The issue is that you were supposed to take my prescription and tell me how long the wait may be and if I want to leave it I have that choice and I didn't even get that option. Which was shady like I seemed like a druggy or something . Nina told me that I was going to need to fill out some paperwork and I was going to have to wait and I replied I don't mind waiting if it's my prescription I need to fill out paperwork that I am more than willing to stay and wait and she seemed like she only said that so that I would not want to do it anymore. And once I told her I don't mind she walked off came back and said if someone calls you and it's a person then there's the issue and we won't be able to fill it if you receive a text message then your order will be available to be picked up I asked when where I know that everything is OK and that you guys are maybe waiting for restock and she proceeds to say when I finish filling out my paperwork in 24hr I said I thought that you wanted me to do the paperwork she said oh no.
I honestly think that we're being very stereotypical and had horrible customer service.
