  • I wish there was 0 star option. They charged me $50 for a bass knob even looked at my amp to make sure it was the rite one. When I got home I tried it and it didn't work. So I came back and no one was here except someone on the workshop side I asked of they were open and he was being a smart ass and said you should have called and asked about the schedule. I got here to ask for a refund and they said they don't do refunds and refused to give me the managers number.
