  • Took almost 5 hours out of my day to splurge and have my car detailed. I could have done a better job on my own in that amount of time! Bird poop remnants on the outside, crumbs in the gear shift, soda on the cup holder. The headliner wasn't even touched and when I pointed it out the guy said "oh, we don't do that."! Didn't even offer air freshener. Not my first unsatisfactory experience here, now I know to never go back. If you want attention to detail in your wash or detail, find a better place. Also, the customer service is 50/50.
