Being a Sunday, we decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt despite the numerous low ratings. The only thing more painful than what brought my wife in here in the first place was the process to get to the point to leave. We were there for well over two and a half hours (there were only two other patients in the lobby when we got there) only to be ultimately told that they didn't know what was wrong with her. Hell, it took damn near half an hour just to draw blood (AFTER the nurse came in to take it...I mean it literally took that long just...to...TRY...to...draw...blood). And THEN the nurse just gave up and sent us to an off site lab because "I can't just keep poking you". Next time we'll just wait until the next morning to see our own experienced and knowledgeable doctor and preserve the over two and a half wasted hours of our life that we'll never get back. So much for "urgent" care. If you absolutely have to go here, pack a damn lunch cuz it's gonna be a day trip (and bring your own doctor with you if at all possible).
