I liked the store but unfortunately arrived there just when the power / lights went out. They tried to muddle through but did everything for their convenience. They could only take cash and had to handwrite receipts. They actually wrote two copies in longhand twice! This was ridiculous and took a long time as they wrote the item numbers, the prices and calculated out. My problem with all this is that they should have offered something for the customer's time and inconvenience. NOTHING was offered. At the very least they should have offered 10% off for needing cash sales and taking huge amounts of time while they wrote receipts. Or how about 10% off a future order! This is bad business. Although they seem friendly and there is alot there, I am astonished that this did not dawn on anyone. They are quick enough to take your cash but not give back in any way. Also, I might suggest you buy some flashlights and some receipts with multi copies. I know we are computer but look what happens when electric goes out. Pls be prepared. And don't ask your customers to bear the inconvience of your problems.
