We got an internet price before we went in to talk to the dealer (best price we found in the Cleveland area). Desiree Spencer emailed us right back with a video introducing herself (nice touch) and gave us the price on the trim level we were considering. When we went to the dealer Desiree met us, took us for a test drive, went over leasing options, buying options, incentives (my daughter is a recent college grad, gave her $500 off the price). This was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. It was the last day of the month and no pressure was put on us to buy. When we did decide to buy, there was no attempt to upsell higher trim or any additional products, etc.While seeing the finance dept., the car was detailed and ready when we were. Desiree spent the better part of an hour going over every detail of the electronic functions, personal settings, etc. until my daughter was comfortable with every aspect of the car. My role in going to the dealer was to act as a buffer for a first-time car buyer (my daughter) and the high pressure of a sales person. There was no need. Desiree was respectful of my daughter's choices and her financial situation. I would highly recommend Desiree Spencer as a sales person and Honda of Mentor for a very pleasant car buying experience.
