I used the Yelp App to determine if the spa had an opening today for a manicure/pedicure. I received a message purportedly from the owner, Patrick, stating that there was availability today and asking me to call the salon and schedule the appointment. When I spoke to the receptionist she advised me that the earliest opening they had for a mani/pedi was February 15th (10 days from today). Very unprofessional. Why deliberately waste your potential clients' time? Why make a joke of Yelp's appointment scheduling function?
