  • I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday with these guys. They told me an installer would be at my home between 9 a.m.-12p.m. I called them at 12:10 p.m. because no one showed up. The guy that answered (cant remember his name) said that the installer was running behind and that the installer should have called me to let me know. I told him, no one had called me but it was okay and asked him or his tech to call me to let me know how much more longer it would be because I had errands to run. No one called me. I called the guy back at 2:00 pm. no answer. I left a message. No one returned my call. I called back again at 3:30 p.m. again, no answer. I left a second message. No one returned my call. I called again at 4:30 p.m. no answer and I didn't bother to leave a message. This company is very unprofessional!! Even if they had called me to reschedule for another day that would have been okay but the lack of response from these guys is ridiculous! I never heard back from this company. I had to call my insurance company for a second referral. Stay away from this company!
