  • We just finished at the spa and decided to stop by the Tom Ford store.The "salesmen" at this store were beyond useless. We asked the group of salesmen who were standing around doing nothing, except for surfing on their phones for assistance as we wanted to look at one of the handbags, he just gave us this blank stare, I think he just looked through us really... he started towards the bag then I guess he decided he wanted to spend more time on his phone and called the saleswoman to assist us instead. Paula (I think that was her name) the saleswoman was very helpful and polite, the whole time we were looking at the handbags all you could here is giggling from these so called salesmen - it was very irritating. Never underestimate a persons spending ability based on how they are dressed. Personally, I don't care what a person does for a living, just be professional and good at what you do!
