  • "Do not stay here!!!!! I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE! This place gives you the runaround for everything ! I am being charged 150$ For leaving my room "trashed" since when is a few unmade beds and glitter from a Halloween costume considered trashed! This place is ridiculous. I have been calling for a week now and this mysterious "sherry" General Manger is nowhere to be found. Oh and she will transfer you to another department right when she's heading to her lunch break. Horrible service. I'm tempted to drive from Los Angeles to Las Vegas just to yell at them in person. I also feel like the housekeeping staff are disgruntled and instead of cleaning and doing their jobs they find ways of making more money by setting up guests. Also, I keep calling after I finally get a hold of the manager and now I am being ignored. Anyone else want to sue?
