I have been going there since 2008. Dr. Pullen did a fantastic job on my dogs legs. The aftercare was amazing. My dog has not be well in other area such as abdominal region. I have had several pancreatitis attacks to tend to and it wasn't until last year that Dr Arriono suggest I take her to Vet Med to see Dr Aggurie. He has help my dog so much. When I phoned Dr Pullen to see if he like Dr. Aggurie he replied , we could've treated her here! Really? I should have my own wing for my dog at this point with what I spent there already and she was in an Acute state.
Around this time I noticed the front staff changing and new Dr 's being offered to me. My regular Dr.'s were no longer there or had cut down to one day a week. I asked what was going on and I was told then and only then that Dr. Pullen had sold out to a big company. That personal touch is gone. The caring staff had all left except for Sandy at the front desk. When my dog needs a prescription by the Dr. It's not called in for over 8 hours. Oops they reply we are really busy. I ask for my rabies certificate so I can renew my dogs tags. Oh right away lisa Adrianna replies. Well it's more than 24 hours and still no certificate from Adrianna. I called Sandy and I just got it. I would have give the hospital 5 stars a year ago but not anymore. I am actively looking for another practice that can show the care and compassion with the efficiency they use to provide. My suggestion to the NEW OWNERS and DOCTORS. Less is not more. The more you show you care for my pet the more apt I would be to bring her in for your services when she needs them. You charge me a lot for the same services at any other vet office and before I didn't mind because of your service. Now I mind because to you show no special services to warrant these prices and you have someone like Adrianna as a front person who could give a crap about my dog or me. The beauty here is I can go where ever I want since I have to pay and no insurance company is telling me I can. Remember, it only takes one bad experience to ruin your faith in a medical facility for animals or humans.
